Frequently asked questions
The Boho Bus is a vintage school bus that has been converted into a getting ready area complete with leather benches, a full-length mirror and furniture to make it stylish and cozy. It is a great place for the bride to get ready. If the bride is getting ready in the cabin, it can be used as a getting ready area for the groomsmen. It could also be used as a lounge area. The Boho Bus is included in some packages. If it’s not included in your package, it can be added on.

Yes! We'll send you a link with the options included in each package. If you booked an elopement with us, you can choose from the elopement cake and bouquets. If you booked a microwedding and wedding with us, you can choose from the wedding cake and bouquets. We also have upgrades that you can add-on if you’d like.
We officially have two event areas--The Knoll and The Overlook. Both are flat grassy areas with fabulous views of the mountains. The Knoll is more open and expansive and can accommodate small to large events. The Overlook is a smaller meadow tucked into the trees and is best suited for elopements. We have a 100-acre property and haven't explored all the options yet, so come for a tour and check it out!

Yes! The Knoll is a flat meadow and the grass is cut nice and short so it is comfortable for guests in wheelchairs to move around. If you have guests who are disabled or need extra assistance, we highly recommend booking our golf cart so you can drive your guests very close to the ceremony area and get them comfortably seated. Make sure to let us know so we can arrange this properly.
Our wedding venue can accommodate a maximum of 150 guests. Each package has a maximum number of guests. Full details https://www.thecabinheaven.com/wedding-venue-details
We have plenty of space for parking in our designated parking areas. We do recommend carpooling when possible. Check our the video for more details https://www.thecabinheaven.com/wedding-venue-details
We offer a military discount of $125 per person (for bride and/or groom). More details: https://www.thecabinheaven.com/wedding-venue-details
Our all-inclusive packages (including elopements, microweddings, and weddings) have most services and vendors already included so you don’t need to worry about this. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your day! If you’d like to add-on some services or vendors, let us know. We have some great deals with trusted vendors and can add many of these services onto your package.
We do allow you to bring your own vendors. Let us know in advance who the vendors are so we can be sure to connect with them and see what they will need.
The access to our property will start at the event time mentioned in the contract. The start of the event time indicates when the access to the property begins, not when the ceremony starts. The ceremony start time must be at least 1h after event time begins for weddings and at least 30 minutes after event time begins for elopements to give guests time to arrive and park.
